TUK CHO is a chain of Asian restaurants owned by Mitchells & Butlers (the big-wigs behind All Bar One, Harvester and Browns). I worked with They.Create to pin down TUK CHO’s tone of voice, then rolled it out to everything from menus to cocktail names.
